About the Subscription Process To a Nuage public Offer (UGAP)
As a buyer of the Nuage public market of the Union des groupements d’achats publics (UGAP), you can subscribe to the eligible products within the Nuage public market that are available on OUTSCALE Marketplace.
To start using your product, you need to request an estimation of the desired offer on OUTSCALE Marketplace, then place an order according to the contract holder’s procedure. For more information about requesting an estimation, see Requesting an Estimation for a Nuage public Offer (UGAP).

Order Process for the Nuage public Market
To subscribe to a Nuage public which is available on OUTSCALE Marketplace, you need to navigate to the contract holder’s platform and request a quote for the desired offer.
Once your request is submitted, the contract holder generates a quote proposal that includes the discount granted to the Nuage public market. When accepting this proposal, you receive a subscription warrant to place your order according to your organization’s process.
Once your order is registered, it needs to be validated by the different market operators. It is then communicated to 3DS OUTSCALE, which validates your order in turn to grant you access to the desired product at the beginning of the following month.
