Creating an Organization as a Buyer

As a buyer and first administrator, you can create your organization on OUTSCALE Marketplace. For more information on first administrators, see About OUTSCALE Marketplace > Organizations.

An organization is an entity made up of members that are either administrators, users, or both. A buyer organization manages the same product subscriptions. For more information, see Subscribing To an OMI Product and Subscribing To an Outsourced Product.

  • To create an organization as first administrator on the Marketplace, you must have an OUTSCALE account. For more information, see About Your Account.

  • Your organization must be validated for you to subscribe to products. However, you can manage the members of your organization before its validation. For more information, see Managing OUTSCALE Accounts as a Buyer and Managing Marketplace Accounts as a Buyer.

  • 3DS OUTSCALE can define your organization as belonging to the Nuage public market of the Union des groupements d’achats publics (UGAP), enabling its members to subscribe to exclusive subscription offers in addition to other offers in the catalog. For more information, see Subscribing To a Nuage public Offer (UGAP).

  1. In the top-right corner of the interface, click Organization creation.

  2. Enter the email address and password associated with your OUTSCALE account and click Next.

    1. If your company is domiciled abroad:

      Click Create your organization.
Your organization is pending validation and an email is sent to you to define your administrator password. Once the organization has been validated, an email is sent to your organization’s members.

    2. If your company is domiciled in France:
      1. Click Next.

      2. Enter your SIRET number and click Search.
If the SIRET number is recognized, the corresponding company is displayed.

Your organization is pending validation and an email is sent to you to define your administrator password. Once the organization has been validated, an email is sent to your organization’s members.
