Logging In to OUTSCALE Marketplace
To create products or subscribe to them on OUTSCALE Marketplace, you must log in to your Marketplace account.
You can use single-factor authentication, meaning with your login and password. You can also increase the security of your account by using two-factor authentication (2FA). For more information, see Enabling or Disabling Two-Factor Authentication for OUTSCALE Marketplace.
First Login
(First Administrator) Creating Your Organization

Creating your organization automatically creates the Marketplace account of the first administrator. This is why this procedure is intended for the user responsible for the organization management. For more information, see About OUTSCALE Marketplace > Types of Organizations. |
Before you begin: You must have created an OUTSCALE account for the cloudgouv-eu-west-1 Region to create an organization. For more information, see About Your Account. |

In the top-right corner of the interface, click Organization creation.

Enter the email address and password associated with your OUTSCALE account and click Next.

Specify whether your company is domiciled in France or abroad:
The domiciliation of your company defines the products you have access to in the catalog.

If your company is domiciled abroad:
Click Create your organization.
Your organization is pending validation and an email is sent to you to define your administrator password. Once the organization has been validated, an email is sent to your organization’s members. -
If your company is domiciled in France:

Click Next.

Enter your SIRET number and click Search.
If the SIRET number is recognized, the corresponding company is displayed. -
Select your company and click Create your organization.
Your organization is pending validation and an email is sent to you to define your administrator password. Once the organization has been validated, an email is sent to your organization’s members.

Setting Your Password
|
One of the administrators of your organization must create your Marketplace account for you to receive the email enabling you to set up your password. As a first administrator, you receive this email after creating your organization. |

From the email sent by OUTSCALE Marketplace, click Define password.
The password setup form opens in your browser.The password definition link in the email is valid for 24 hours.

Type the desired password.

Type the desired password again for confirmation.

Click Create password.
Your password is registered, and you can log into your Marketplace account.
Login

In the top right corner of the interface, click Log in.

Type the email address of your Marketplace account.

Type your password.

Click Log in.
Password Management
Updating Your Password

You must be logged in to update your password. |

In the top right corner of the interface, click Authentication parameters.
The authentication management page appears. -
In the Basic authentication section, click Update.
The password setting form appears. -
Type the new desired password.

Type the desired password again for confirmation.

Click Create password.
Your password is updated.
Resetting Your Password

Click Log in.

Click Forgot password?.
The password reset form appears. -
Type the email address of your Marketplace account and click Submit.
A password reset email is sent to you. -
From the received email, click Reset password.
The password setting form appears.The password reset link in the email is valid for 5 minutes.

Type the new desired password.

Type the desired password again for confirmation.

Click Create password.
Your password is updated.
