Subscribing To a Professional Service

As an OUTSCALE Marketplace buyer, you can contact a seller partner from the product page of a professional service to subscribe to it.

A professional service is either available on its own, or can be associated to one or more products that are published on the Marketplace.

You can find the list of products that are compatible with a professional service directly from its product page.

To subscribe to a professional service:

  1. In the Marketplace interface, click the Catalog tab.
    The product catalog appears.

  2. Use the filters on the left-hand side to find the desired product.

  3. Click the desired product card.
    The professional service page appears.

  4. Click Contact seller partner.
    A contact form appears.

  5. Type your last and first name, the name of your company and your job title in the corresponding text fields.

  6. Select a type of request, either Request a product demonstration, Get a custom quotation, Get help to choose a product, or Other questions.

  7. Type the message you want to send to the seller partner.

  8. Check the box for sharing information with the seller partner.

  9. Click Send request.
    Your request is sent to the seller partner by email.
