Subscribing To a Nuage public Offer (UGAP)

To subscribe to an offer as a buyer within an organization belonging to the Nuage public market of the Union des groupements d’achats publics (UGAP), you must first request an estimation of the offer on OUTSCALE Marketplace. You must then convert this estimation into a subscription by following the contract holder’s process to start using the product.

  • The subscription conversion process is carried out outside OUTSCALE Marketplace.

  • You must have received your estimation in PDF format by email in order to complete the subscription process. For more information about the process of requesting an estimation, see Requesting an Estimation for a Nuage public Offer (UGAP).

To convert you estimation into a subscription:

  1. Navigate to the contract holder’s platform and log in.

  2. Create an order and import the estimation provided by OUTSCALE.

  3. Navigate to the UGAP tools to place your order.

    • Once your order has been validated by the UGAP, the contract holder contacts 3DS OUTSCALE.

    • 3DS OUTSCALE validates your order to give you access to the desired product at the beginning of the following month.

    The billing is synchronized with your access to the product.
